Standard shipping orders will be processed within 3 working days and sent on a next-day delivery service. Tracking info will be emailed on dispatch.

Eligibility for Returns:

- Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

- Please clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.

Return Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and retaining the tracking information until your return is processed.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
